Brattle Book Shop is one of America's oldest and largest used book shops. There are two floors of general used books, a third floor of rare and antiquarian books and an adjoining outdoor sales lot. Founded in the Cornhill section of Boston in 1825, Brattle Book Shop has been in the hands of the Gloss Family since 1949. Over the years George and his son, Kenneth, have built this bookshop into one of the largest antiquarian bookstores in the USA.
