Briar is a home, interior and gift store nestled into the rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains in the small town of Andes in Upstate New York. Established in 2021 by interior designer, Kimberly Bevan, Briar is located in a historic 1873 Victorian store boasting stunning original shop fittings, cabinets, drawers, and countertops, from when the space was an apothecary.

Kimberly has filled Briar with a collection of handcrafted items from both local and further afield makers, reflecting her English-born heritage with modern rural Catskill living. Kimberly sources an assortment of handmade textiles, furniture and home goods, with an emphasis on handmade, sustainable, and fair trade finds.
