WHAT WE LOVE

E. Dehillerin is a legendary French cookware brand and shop, specializing in kitchen equipment since 1820. Ruined by the French Revolution, Eugene de Hillerin founded the company, opening a store in Les Halles and a tinning factory to supply the store in Paris' 15th arrondissement.

Over the centuries E. Dehillerin has won awards, supplied the kitchens of the Titanic and Normandy ocean liners, and was a favorite of Julia Child who introduced E. Dehillerin to an American audience.

Today, the fourth generation of the Dehillerin family preside over the business. The brand is still famous for its famous copper and tin baking pans, a vast array of kitchen gadgets and equipment, and adapting to the evolution of culinary techniques includes all the essential utensils for modern cooking.

"Specialist in the supply and sale of kitchen equipment, the brand's motto is "Modest assistance in the promotion of French cuisine".
