Optica is a luxury eyewear boutique housed in a stunning Georgian building in Dublin City. Founded in 1993 by Donal MacNally and Deirdre Young who collaborated with a cadre of Irish artisans to lovingly restore the building which became Optica's new home in 2016. The store is outfitted with custom fixtures, artist-designed lighting, mirrors and carpets, and Irish art creating an ambiance of comfortable elegance.

Optica offers clients comprehensive eye examinations followed by a frame selection process, each frame using the highest quality Zeiss lenses. The selection of frames is unique and whimsical, colorful choices including fashion and cult brands as well as the Optica designed Wolfhound Eyewear inspired by the Irish landscape. Optica also offer sunglasses.
