Award-winning The Clifden Bookshop is the most westerly bookstore on the West Coast of Ireland, next stop America.  The tiny sized bookshop, self described as "The Room With The Books", contains a wide range of titles and features a good selection of Irish and local interest titles. Established in 1997 by Máire O’Halloran and Nicole Shanahan, who are on hand to advise customers.
