In October 2020 Whalebone Magazine's Bleecker Street base, The Boneyard, hosted the launch of the Accidentally Wes Anderson book. Accidentally Wes Anderson invites followers to "explore the unique, the symmetrical, the atypical, the distinctive design and amazing architecture that inspires us all." For the book launch pop-up t he walls of The Boneyard were decorated with the signature unique, colorful and quirky historic facades that are found in the Accidentally Wes Anderson book. Postcards and AWA merchandise were available, making for a fun and successfully sold-out book launch.
