Founded in 2018 by Stephen Pietrzykowski and Natalie Judge, World of Echo record store on Columbia Road is name after Arthur Russell’s LP World of Echo. The record store buys and sells new and used records, and cassettes spanning a vast array of music genres - everything from classic rock, folk, and blues to indie pop, hardcore, electronic, and post-punk, and has their own namesake record label. World of Echo sells related books and zines as well as branded merchandise including t-shirts and totes.
