WHAT WE LOVE

Assembly Line is the brick-and-mortar shop established by the Brooklyn-based interior architecture and design studio General Assembly. Sarah Zames and Colin Stief, the founders of both companies, have gathered together all their go-to design elements and products that they use in their projects into their storefront. There are wallpapers, fabrics and limewash paint, furniture and lighting, designer hardware and textiles.

Assembly Line opened in 2021 on Boerum Hill's section of Atlantic Avenue, and offers expert design consultation appointments with Sarah and Colin.

"We believe good design should be accessible to everyone. Through a curated selection of our favorite home renovation materials, furniture and lighting our goal is to make the home renovation process a little simpler."
