Il Buco Vita is filled with artisanal Italian handmade tableware, glassware, and antiques. Founded in 1994 as a rustic antique store on NoHo's cobblestoned Bond Street by independent filmmaker Donna Lennard who hosted lunch in the space for her customers. The venture gave rise to two very successful restaurants - Il Buco and Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, and Il Buco Vita.

In 2019 Il Buco Vita opened a shop in the neighboring East Village, showcasing their collection of handmade, rustic pottery, glassware, dinnerware, and serving pieces in a pretty palette of earthy tones. Mixed in our charming paintings and vintage pieces. In 2021 a Hamptons outpost in Amagansett opened with the same wonderful wares and the addition of a coffee shop and market offering pantry goods.
