Lily Vanilli is an artisan bakery founded by former graphic designer and self-taught baker Lily Jones in 2008. Building on the success of the bakery, the popular Columbia Road café, well it's actually at the back of Columbia Road in a courtyard, opened in 2010. Lily Vanilli is housed in a pretty ivy-clad building nestled at the end of the courtyard next to a vintage and antiques store, there are plenty of outdoor tables to enjoy the treats, but be prepared for long lines. The cakes are very much in demand by the rich and famous, and also by many well known brands. Alongside their seasonal cakes and pastries, Lily Vanilli serve their famous sausage rolls and vegan, and gluten-free options.

The author of several cookbooks, Lily Vanilli offers classes both online and in person, and share several cake recipes on their website.
