WHAT WE LOVE

Universal Providers by Kokon to Zai, a home decor store with a wonderfully eclectic mix of vintage, ethnic pieces, and art opened in 2008 by owners Marjan Pejoski and Sasko Bezovski. Building on the partners fashion label, Kokan to Zai, Japanese for "East meets West", some clothing pieces are available at Universal Providers.

Located on Golborne Road in a listed former 19th century grocery store with plenty of fabulous original details, particularly the decorative tile work that were made by H&R Johnson of Stoke-on-Trent. A marble and tiled counter runs the length of space, a tiled-arch payment booth at the rear, and the original fascia with the Universal Providers signage. All these details create a delightful backdrop for displaying the brands homeware and clothing.

An eclectic mix of home decor, vintage, objets d'art, and designer clothing pieces housed in a wonderful, listed former grocery shop.
