The Fine Cheese Co. features artisan cheeses from independent producers, plus a select range of complementary products, including crackers, charcuterie, wine, chocolates, honey, balsamic vinegars, and ceramics. 

The Fine Cheese Co. was founded in 1990 cheese aficionado Ann-Marie Dyas, a renowned judge at both the British and World Cheese Awards, who was was committed to the survival of traditional cheese-making, and to introducing farmhouse cheeses to as wide a public as possible. Cheeses offered at The Fine Cheese Co. are from both British producers and a selection of producers in France, Italy, Spain and Holland. In 2007 the Fine Cheese Co. partnered with Artisan Biscuits, a family bakery founded in the 1930s, and the result is a delicious and diverse range of handmade crackers from the finest natural ingredients to accompany the variety cheeses. The offering is rounded out with a gourmet assortment of drinks, sweet treats, charcuterie, and condiments.

In addition both locations have cafés offering breakfast and lunch.
