Bakeri with two Brooklyn locations was founded in 2009 by Nina Brondmo. The founder's Norwegian heritage influences the breads, pastries, and baked goods that are baked daily on the premises. Alongside the delicious baked goods there is a menu of breakfast and lunch items, coffee and smoothies. Breads, pastries, cakes, and sweet treats are available for order.

Both Bakeri cafés are charmingly appointed with vintage fittings giving them a European flair, and the Greenpoint location boasts an eye-catching over-sized wallpaper design by French artist Nathalie Lété.
